Refund & Cancellation Policy

Novara Institute for Private Training aims to provide a professional and seamless learning experience. The following policy applies to all program registrations unless otherwise stated.

1. Participant Cancellation

• Cancellation more than seven (7) days before the program start date: Full refund.

• Cancellation between three (3) and seven (7) days before the program start date: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than seventy-two (72) hours before the program start date: No refund.

• Failure to attend a program does not qualify for a refund.

2. Program Transfers

Subject to availability and Novara's approval, participants may request to transfer their registration to another program or future session.

3. Program Cancellation by Novara

Novara reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any program due to operational requirements, insufficient registrations, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In such cases, participants may be offered either:

• A full refund; or

• Transfer to an alternative program or future session.

4. Special Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed by Novara on a case-by-case basis, and Novara's decision shall be final.
